Marija Bozovic

Marija Bozovic is a senior Human Resources leader with over 20 years of experience shaping HR strategies aligned with the evolving demands of modern organisations. As Group Executive Director for HR at Mozzart, she leads strategic HR initiatives across the group, including organisational transformation, corporate culture development, and the adaptation of global policies to diverse market environments.

Throughout her career, Marija has built and developed HR functions in large systems, with expertise spanning the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and performance management to compensation design, internal training programs, and employee wellbeing initiatives.

She holds a degree in Pedagogy from the University of Belgrade’s Faculty of Philosophy and has completed additional certifications in leadership, workplace mediation, and Management by Objectives (MBO). Marija is particularly passionate about evolving leadership approaches to meet the expectations of new generations while supporting strong business performance.
